Receptionist/Office Assistant – Indianapolis, IN

Southwark Metal Manufacturing in Indianapolis is hiring a Receptionist/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate is a hard-working, punctual, and dependable individual with a positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and strong verbal skills. Being bilingual is a plus!

Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday


  • Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using a multi-line phone system
  • Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment



  • Greeting guests, vendors, and visitors
  • Data entry in a quick, accurate and efficient manner
  • Filing
  • Assisting in various daily tasks as deemed necessary


Required Experience:

  • 1 yr. Customer Service (preferably in manufacturing)
  • 1 yr. Receptionist Experience
