Production Shift Lead, 2nd shift – Fremont, NE

Southwark Metal Manufacturing in Fremont is hiring a full-time, qualified, hands-on, motivated Production Shift Leader for the 2nd shift!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience, knowledge of Sheet Metal products, and experience using Coil Line, Plasma, Brakes, Shears, and Spiral machines. The candidate will be comfortable training with our Production Manager on the first shift while going through training and then transitioning to the 2nd shift.

Expectations & Responsibilities:

• Supervises, assigns and coordinates the work activities of subordinates on the production floor.
• Interprets company policy to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Ability to assist in the fabrication of sheet metal products.
• Ability to operate equipment in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
